1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our digital services (web design, branding, graphic design, social media management, and advertising), refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Project Not Started: If we have not commenced work on your project, you may request a full refund
- Service Not Delivered: If agreed deliverables are not provided within the specified timeline without valid reason
- Technical Issues: If the final product has critical errors that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications
- Client changes their mind after approving designs or deliverables
- Delays caused by client's failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals
- Third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting, stock images, advertising spend, etc.)
- Partial work completed in milestone-based projects (payment for completed milestones is non-refundable)
- Services rendered for monthly retainer agreements after the service period has begun
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued based on:
- The amount of work completed versus total project scope
- Resources and time invested in the project
- Any third-party expenses already incurred
5. Refund Request Process

- Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request
- We will communicate our decision and next steps
6. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
7. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees (if applicable)
- Work in Progress: Payment for completed work will be deducted; remaining amount may be refunded
- After Completion: No refund will be issued
8. Advertising and Marketing Services
For advertising and marketing campaigns:
- Ad spend paid to platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is non-refundable
- Management fees for ongoing campaigns may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if canceled mid-cycle
- Results-based campaigns (impressions, clicks, leads) are not guaranteed; performance variability does not qualify for refunds
9. Subscription and Retainer Services
- Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months or unused retainer hours
10. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and fairly.
11. Changes to This Policy
