  • Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be established in project agreements. Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or external factors may extend the timeline accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables
  • XENIFYtech retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials
  • Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain the property of their respective owners

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included will be specified in project agreements. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

XENIFYtech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments made for completed work up to the termination date are non-refundable.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, India.
